Here is what happens to your request after you press send, and what you stay in charge of.

Step by step

Sending a request does not book or commit you to anything.

  1. Fill in the form. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
  2. Your request is passed to a local provider near Chula Vista.
  3. The provider gets in touch by phone, text or email to offer a consultation.
  4. You meet with a licensed provider, who decides what is suitable. Whether to go ahead is up to you.

Nothing is booked yet

Sending a request through Solutionmiles Skin Consults does not book a treatment, an appointment or anything else. It only lets a provider near Chula Vista know you would like to talk.

The provider contacts you and offers a consultation. If you go, a licensed provider looks at your situation and tells you what is suitable. You then decide whether to go ahead, wait, or look elsewhere. Every step is your choice.

Changing your mind about your details

You stay in control of your request. If you decide you do not want to hear from the provider, you can tell them directly when they contact you.

You can also ask for your request to be withdrawn. The steps are on the privacy page. As a reminder, the details shared with the provider are the ones you typed into the form: name, email, phone, service and message.
